The Haardt Region stretches from the outskirts of the Palatinate Forest eastwards and marks the center of the Palatinate winegrowing region. All towns and villages have a ratio of agricultural used acreage for winegrowing of at least 75% (over 50% in the area around Bad Bergzabern) and allthough all villages on this list are not directly touched by the German Wine Route the acreage is almost entirely covered with vineyards.
