German Wine Route: Impflingen

Impflingen has 830 inhabitants and an area of 5,2 km². It was first documentary mentioned in 1220 as "Emphelingen".

Beautiful group of town hall, church and rectory.

The rectory is a two floor building from 1747.

The protestant church of St. Egidius is a baroque building from 1725 in a graceful little park, the interior is from the construction time.

Impflingen has numerous timbered houses in all streets.
