German Wine Route: Grossfischlingen

Grossfischlingen has 650 inhabitants and an area of 4,3 km². It was first documentary mentioned in 772 as "Fischilingen".

The catholic church of St. Gall is a baroque building from 1765, the confessional and the baptismal font are from the construction time, a late gothic pieta was built about 1500. The steeple was built in 1866.
